Invoice | Official invoice will be emailed within 1 working day after conference registration by WTCalliance (e.g. finance@wtcalliance.com). Please confirm the authenticity of the email before proceeding. |
Payment Deadline | Payment must be completed within 7 working days of receiving the invoice. |
Payment Methods | Wire Transfer, Credit Card, or PayPal (details will be provided by the finance team). |
Booth Allocation | Based on the principle of "First Pay, First Pick." WTCalliance reserves the right to make minimal booth adjustments if necessary. |
Attendance Requirements | Submission of Company Info, Logo, and Formal Photo is mandatory. |
No-Show Policy | Missing more than 3 scheduled one-on-one meetings without prior notice will result in disqualification from the conference. |
Logistics Info | All materials, booth details, accommodation info, and event schedule will be sent 1 month before the event by WTCalliance staff. |
